• Shipping & Delivery
• Free USPS Priority Mail is provided with your order of The Withdrawal-Ease Opiate Withdrawal Natural Supplement System. Priority Mail will take approximately 2-3 business days to be delivered depending on your postal address. No shipping refunds will be given if the package is delivered within 4 business days of the order date. For customers that pay for UPS OVERNIGHT, AFTERNOON DELIVERY please be aware that the UPS will sometimes be unable to deliver to certain areas overnight. Withdrawal-Ease cannot guarantee overnight delivery if the product has been shipped to one of these areas and cannot be responsible for errors made on the part of the UPS. Withdrawal-Ease will refund postage only if the item was not shipped same-day for orders received before 2pm CST or the following business day for orders received after 2pm CST. Shipping refunds will also be given on a case by case basis if the package does not arrive after 2 business days. Withdrawal-Ease will only ship orders for Saturday delivery if the Saturday delivery product is chosen. We take great pains to make sure that you receive your product in a timely manner but unfortunately, shipping will sometimes take longer for reasons mentioned above. For UPS GUARANTEED Overnight AM packages, all orders received before 2pm CST will be shipped same day and arrive the next business morning (No Sunday Deliveries). If UPS orders received before 2pm CST do not arrive by the following business morning, a full postal refund will be issued to the customer based on the cost of shipping as determined by UPS. All Friday, UPS GUARANTEED orders will be received on Monday morning unless the Saturday Delivery option is chosen. All Saturday deliveries arrive in the afternoon. Please Note: UPS orders received on Saturday must be received by 10am CST in order to be shipped same day due to UPS early pick-ups on the weekends. Again, we do everything that we can to make sure that your packages are shipped same day but we are at the mercy of UPS pick up times for overnight shipments so if you want your package shipped same day, please make sure to complete your order in the morning. • Sales Tax
• Due to recent regulatory and tax law changes, Withdrawal-Ease will now charge sales tax to Texas residents only. We occasionally charge a handling fee for rush orders which is a flat 5% of the product charge. This would be in cases where we had to get a package out after hours. By and large if you see a sales tax on your receipt and you are NOT from Texas, please notify us and we will refund your money. Tax laws subject to change.



• Return Policy
• Due to the nature of our online site, and the product listed ?Withdrawal-Ease.com? has a strict NO RETURN policy for any product that has been opened. All sales are final. Any product that has been damaged in the process of shipment will be exchanged for a new product after visible proof of damage has been acquired by Withdrawal-Ease.com and it has been determined that the product has been damaged as opposed to opened or tampered with. No cash refunds will be allowed as this product has been produced and manufactured in a sterile environment and after opening cannot be re-packaged while complying with our safety guidelines for safe packaging. The Return policy can be amended on a case by case basis under the sole discretion of Withdrawal-Ease.com and its owners.
